1. Children's should never run to the bus stop, rather they should walk to the bus-stop by taking the sidewalks. If sidewalks are not available, then the students should walk on the left facing traffic. They should always cross the street, from the front of the bus. They should not cross the road from behind the bus, as the driver might not see the children coming and might move the bus.

2. It is always important to remain seated properly throughout the ride. Creating commotions can cause distraction to the drivers which can lead to accidents. While remaining seated, it is important to use the child safety restraints like seat-belts, three-way belts, etc. These restraints can provide protection to the students from injuries in case of sudden brakes, collisions, etc.
